Have Any Questions?
FAQ's
Find quick answers to the most common questions about our courses and platform.
Q: I have no background in engineering. Can I still join?
Absolutely. You can start from the very basics of the user interface and drawing lines. While an engineering background helps you understand what to draw, we will teach you how to draw it. Many of our successful students come from non-technical backgrounds.
Do I need to purchase the AutoCAD software before the course?
No, you do not need to buy the commercial license immediately. We will guide you on how to install the AutoCAD Student Version (free for 1 year for eligible students) or the 30-Day Free Trial provided by Autodesk for practice during the course.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
Most of our courses require no prior experience, making them perfect for beginners. All lessons are offered in simple, easy-to-understand English for smooth learning.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, you’re free to enroll in multiple courses at the same time based on your comfort. Our self-paced structure makes it easy to learn different skills without feeling overwhelmed.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
If your payment didn’t go through, try again using a different method or check with your bank. If the issue continues, contact our support team and we’ll help you resolve it quickly.
How Does Online Learning Work?
Online learning lets you study through video lessons, quizzes, and downloadable materials at your own pace. You can access everything from your dashboard anytime, anywhere, on any device.
